Ashley Fickle
SANTA BARBARA , CALIF.
Fickle, a 16-year-old junior on the Westmont College tennis team, became the NAIA's youngest first-team All-America after he reached the men's doubles finals (with partner Riva DaSilva of Santa Barbara ) at the NAIA championships. As a sophomore Fickle was the Warriors' No. 2 singles player, with a 24-4 mark.

James Moorhead
ANNAPOLIS , MD.
Moorhead , 42, lacrosse coach at St. Mary's High, was named the Baltimore Metro Coach of the Year after leading the Saints to a 17-0 record in the elite Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association A league. His record over 17 seasons at St. Mary's is 194-67.

Stacey Berrong
LAWRENCEVILLE , GA.
Berrong, a freshman shortstop on the South Carolina- Spartanburg softball team, broke five school records last season, including the single-season marks for home runs (20), RBIs (72) and total bases (136). She batted .435 and was selected to the All-Peach Belt Athletic Conference team.

Kevin Dotson
LOS ALAMOS , N.MEX.
Kevin, a senior on the Los Alamos High track and field team, leaped seven feet to win the Class AAA high jump title at the state championships for the fourth year in a row. As a junior he broke his own state-meet record by clearing 7'2�". He has accepted a track and field scholarship to Arkansas .

Kelly Fey
HONOLULU
Fey, 35, a recreation therapist, won the women's open-water kayak world championship for the third straight year. She finished the 32-mile course across Hawaii 's Kaiwi Channel in 4:23:09. She established the course record of 4:12:34 while winning the same event in 1994.

Charles Rollo
QUEENS, N.Y.
Charles, a junior on the Archbishop Molloy High golf team, led the Catholic league-champion Stanners to the New York City title when he beat Ed Solarsh of Cardozo High, the public school champ, 4 and 3 at the Metro Bowl Tournament. Rollo is the city's lone scratch high school golfer.
