Rick Mirer's 56.6 passer rating last year was the worst in the NFL and the fifth-lowest single-season mark in this decade for a quarterback who has averaged at least 14 attempts per game. But Bears fans can take heart in the poor passer ratings put together by some other young quarterbacks who would eventually play in the Super Bowl.
