In addition to enriching John Randle (93), Dana Stubblefield and Bryce Paup, NFL owners padded the bank accounts of a lot of good but not star players during the early stages of free agency. Through Monday these members of the free-agent class of '98 had signed deals making them first or second at their positions in average annual salary.
