Sixth-year catcher Mike Lieberthal (above) is in the midst of the finest all-around season of any Phillies backstop in history. At week's end he was among the National League leaders in batting (10th), home runs (tied for ninth), RBIs (11th) and slugging percentage (ninth), and he had the best fielding percentage among league receivers.
