As part of this country's ongoing efforts to help people from other nations make the All-Madden team, Buccaneers linebacker Shelton Quarles gave a demonstration of the ancient art of blocking to members of the football team at Tokyo's Waseda University. Quarles was in Japan last week to promote the Aug. 2 American Bowl between Tampa Bay and the Jets.
