While most competitors are similarly bummed to see the race move, they understand the importance of expanding their sport beyond the Southeast. Still, one couldn't help thinking that Yarborough might have been on to something when he suggested a compromise. Said Yarborough, "I guess we'll just have to move Labor Day to November."
