AS FAR AS the legal system is concerned, there is no NFL off-season. The latest: Last Saturday, Cardinals assistant coach Richie Anderson (left) was arrested for allegedly soliciting a prostitute in Phoenix (no court date has been set). The incident earned Arizona two points on SI's Legal Leader Board (SI, Feb. 26), ranking pro teams based on criminal investigations in 2007. The rules: Three points for a coach or player's conviction, two for an arrest and one for an investigation; the Bengals jumped into a tie for first last week when linebacker A.J. Nicholson received two years of probation for pleading no contest to burglary and grand theft. The current leaders:
