QUARTERBACK No defense is less of a threat to QBs than Carolina's, which has only 10 sacks and eight interceptions this year. Dilfer won't set the joint on fire (his last 300-yard game was in 2005), but he's a solid waiver-wire pickup if you need a substitute passer. In Week 2 he shook off a concussion to throw for 245 yards and a TD in 30 minutes against Minnesota . With a clear head and a full game against a secondary that has been lousy (outside of Giants Stadium ), he should do even better. RUNNING BACK
