He shot 75% from the field and was named the tournament's most outstanding player. Joanna DaLuze HARWICH, MASS. > Field Hockey DaLuze, a senior midfielder at UMass Lowell, scored the game-winning goal in double overtime to give the River Hawks a 2-1 victory over Bloomsburg and their first NCAA Division II field hockey national championship. She was named Northeast-10 Conference co--player of the year. Brad Duesing CINCINNATI > Football Duesing, a senior wide receiver at Washington University in St. Louis, ended the season with 1,136 receiving yards, becoming the second player in NCAA history to have four consecutive 1,000-yard-receiving seasons.
