REFLECTING ON GLORY
Legendary UCLA coach John Wooden was caught in a quiet moment before the start of the annual four-team event named in his honor, which was held last Saturday at the Honda Center in Anaheim . The top-ranked Bruins, whom the Wizard of Westwood led to 10 national championships, beat No. 13 Texas A&M 65--62 in the first game, during which Wooden, 96, received a standing ovation from the crowd of 15,811.
