About The Author

Nardi Reeder Campion comes from a family steeped in the tradition of the Army. But one brother—Rear Admiral Fred Reeder—managed to escape Army gray and thus provide Mrs. Campion with an entr�e to the Navy's Spike Webb . Until now Mrs. Campion, the mother of five children, has been best known as co-author of the book Bringing Up the Brass, which inspired the West Point movie, The Long Gray Line.
