After alerting police, they helped apprehend one fisherman as he was hauling in the nets. [Thumb Down]To National league president Bill White, who chose not to suspend Reds pitcher Rob Dibble for throwing a ball at the Cubs' Doug Dascenzo as Dascenzo ran to first base. White did fine Dibble an undisclosed amount, but because Dibble had already been suspended twice this season, more stringent action was in order.
