Baseball's $100 Million MenAlex Rodriguez | 10 years, $275 million
 Only A-Rod, it seems, can beat A-Rod. After a monster season that resulted in his third AL MVP award, Rodriguez opted out of his record $252 million deal with three years remaining. He eventually wound up back with the Yankees, setting a new record for the richest contract in baseball history, one that includes potential bonuses for reaching certain milestones.
